Andreas Røde
Before joining Ocean Yield, Mr. Røde worked in the Corporate Finance department of Danske Bank as Managing Director, Head of Shipping and Offshore. Mr. Røde has more than 13 years of Investment Banking experience from leading financial institutions and have worked on a wide range of M&A, equity and debt capital markets transactions.
Mr Røde holds a Master of Arts (MA) in Accounting and Finance from University of Edinburgh and University of California Berkeley.
Eirik Eide
Mr. Eide has served as Chief Financial Officer since the inception of Ocean Yield in 2012. Before joining Ocean Yield, Mr Eide served as CFO of Ship Finance Management AS, and through that position, he served as CFO of Ship Finance International Ltd. Mr Eide has more than 25 years experience from shipping & finance. His employment background includes the position as Head of Shipping and Corporate Finance at Orkla Finans AS, Director at Fortis Bank (Nederland ) N.V., Oslo Branch and Senior Vice President, DnB NOR (Oslo and London).
Mr Eide has a Master of Business and Economics degree from the Norwegian Business School.
Andreas Reklev
Before joining Ocean Yield, Mr. Reklev was Chief Financial Officer in Team Tankers International, a chemical tanker company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange. Prior to joining Team Tankers in 2012, Mr. Reklev held various positions in Camillo Eitzen & Co ASA, a diversified shipping company with activities mainly in bulk, gas, and chemical shipping. Mr. Reklev has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Norwegian Business School.
Erik Hiller Holom
Before joining Ocean Yield in 2017, Mr. Holom worked in the corporate finance department at Danske Bank, focusing on the shipping and offshore industries. Prior to joining Danske Bank, he worked as an investment banking analyst for SEB. Mr. Holom holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Economics and Technology Management from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU).
Martin Solberg
Mr. Solberg joined Ocean Yield in 2022. Before joining Ocean Yield AS, Mr. Solberg served as Finance Director of the investment company Fredensborg AS and Heimstaden AB, one of its portfolio companies. Prior to that Mr. Solberg served as CAO of Golden Ocean Management AS, and through that position, he served as CAO of Golden Ocean Group Limited. Mr. Solberg’s employment background also includes the positions of SVP Finance and Accounting at Team Tankers International and of Senior Manager at PwC.
Mr. Solberg holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Norwegian School of Economics and is a State Authorized Public Accountant.
Karl Fredrik Schjøtt-Pedersen
Mr. Schjøtt-Pedersen joined Ocean Yield in 2022. Before joining Ocean Yield, Mr. Schjøtt-Pedersen held the position as Partner of the investment bank ABG Sundal Collier, where he worked as an equity and credit analyst covering E&P companies and shipping. Mr. Schjøtt-Pedersen holds a Master of Science (M. Sc.) in Economics and Business Administration from NHH Norwegian School of Economics.
Even Ringheim
Mr. Ringheim joined Ocean Yield in 2022. Mr. Ringheim comes from the position as Analyst in DnB Markets, where he has worked on M&A and Bond Advisory since 2020.
Vetle Sjuve
Prior to joining Ocean Yield in August 2024, Mr. Sjuve held the position as Partner of the Investment Banking Division at Fearnley Securities. Having spent close to 10 years at the Astrup Fearnley Group, Mr. Sjuve has a wide range of experience in the maritime industry from capital markets transactions, advisory business (M&A, sale & leasebacks, restructuring) and ship financing. Mr. Sjuve holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Finance from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass Business School).
Jesmond Manicaro
Before joining Ocean Yield Malta, Mr. Manicaro practised as a lawyer with an academic and professional focus on international maritime law, commercial law, and cross-border corporate structures. He obtained his Doctor of Laws degree from the University of Malta and was called to the Maltese Bar in 2004. He was awarded a Government of Malta and International Maritime Organization scholarship to read for a Master of Laws in International Maritime Law at the International Maritime Law Institute. He later obtained a further LL.M. from University College London as a Chevening Scholar. He is a member of the Chamber of Advocates and has undertaken director-level training with the Institute of Directors (UK). Mr. Manicaro has been a director and company secretary on a number of international Malta-based companies, and has also served on the board of a publicly listed companies. Prior to taking the position as Managing Director, Mr. Manicaro was a board member of Ocean Yield Malta Ltd. since 2017.
