Reference is made to Ocean Yield ASA's ("OCY" or the "Company") stock exchange notice on 6 May 2015 where OCY announced its intent to purchase up to 150,000 treasury shares in connection with its incentive scheme for employees. OCY has 11 May purchased 40,000 shares in the Company on Oslo Børs at an average price of NOK 55.6366 per share, which implies a total consideration of NOK 2,225,464. The purchase of treasury shares was carried out in accordance with an authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting of the Company held 22 April 2015.
