Reference is made to the press release of this morning, where primary insiders (or their related parties) have agreed to buy shares in Ocean Yield ASA ("the Company") from the Company. The price per share is NOK 33.47 reflecting that the shares have a lock-up period of three years. Marius Magelie, Vice President, owns, directly or indirectly, 34 714 shares in the Company after this transaction.
