Investment in LNG carriers on long-term charters

Reference is made to the press release dated 19 December 2025 regarding the co-investment in newbuilding LNG carriers on long-term charters together with Nippon Yusen Kabushiki Kaisha ("NYK Line").

The charterer, Cheniere Marketing International LLP, a wholly owned subsidiary of Cheniere Energy, Inc., has today declared the option to increase the number of vessels at substantially similar terms. The optional vessels are to be constructed in Korea for deliveries in 2029.

Closing of the investment is subject to certain customary conditions.
