Effective 1 July 2013, Brenner West Capital Master Fund, Ltd., an investment fund under the management of Brenner West Capital Advisors, LLC, acquired an aggregate of 7,809,106 shares of Ocean Yield ASA in the initial public offering of shares of Ocean Yield ASA, representing approximately 5.84% of the outstanding shares of Ocean Yield ASA. Brenner West Capital Master Fund, Ltd. continues to hold such shares following the transaction.
