Reference is made to the press release dated 2 July 2026 regarding the acquisition of Ocean Yield by A.P Moller Holding. With all regulatory approvals obtained, the transaction is now successfully completed.

Arctic Securities and Bank of America acted as financial advisers to the Ocean Yield, while BAHR and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett acted as legal advisers.
