Reference is made to the stock exchange notice 8 March 2023 regarding Ocean Yield AS’ issuance of new senior unsecured bonds. In conjunction with the new bond issue, Ocean Yield AS has repurchased NOK 292.5 million of outstanding bonds with ticker OCY07 (ISIN: NO0010869720) and USD 37.7 million of outstanding bonds with ticker OCY06 (ISIN: NO0010861594).
